If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us first and we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
