Grown at 1,900 metres above sea level and roasted light to preserve its complexity, it offers bright notes of ripe cherry and citrus, balanced by a delicate chocolate sweetness. The result is a clean, lively cup with remarkable clarity and a refined finish.
Suited to V60, Aeropress and in our opinion, Espresso. This is a coffee for those who appreciate nuance, brightness and origin character in every cup.
